Our Vision and Mission

The Youth Empowerment Seychelles’ vision is to create, foster and empower Society, where its
people particularly, the youth see and exploit real potential in a caring and healthy environment. More
importantly, our mission is to strengthen the livelihood of the youths by connecting them with viable
opportunities, in so doing creating and nurturing the prospects for a sustainable generation embedded
in the spirit of Peace, Unity and Justice.
In structure, Youth Empowerment Seychelles (YES) comprises of an active group of young
professionals who believe that together, with the right support, passion, leadership and resources, we can
make a difference in the lives of young people within our communities.we can make a difference in the
lives of young people within our communities. We believed these can be achieved by contributing
positively in multidimensional aspects in the youth’s lives by sharing our knowledge and experience, as
well as coaching and nurturing their future and that of our beloved country.
